Terms and Conditions
The following Terms and Conditions apply to all companies and/or persons or other entities (‘you’) that attend sessions with Elly Yule. Please ensure that you have read and understand the following:
CLIENT SESSIONS
Client sessions are a ‘relationship’ (defined as an alliance, not legal business partnership) between Elly Yule and the Client in a creative and practical process that inspires the Client to maximize their personal and professional potential. Sessions are designed to facilitate the creation and development of personal goals and to carry out a plan for achieving those goals.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY
The Client (‘you’) is solely responsible for creating and implementing your own physical, mental and emotional wellbeing, decisions, choices, actions and results arising out of or resulting from this relationship and your sessions with Elly Yule. As such, you agree that Elly Yule is not and will not be liable or responsible for any actions or inaction, or for any direct or indirect result of any services provided by Elly Yule. You understand that your sessions do not prevent, cure or treat any mental disorders or medical diseases. Should you have these challenges, please seek the appropriate qualified medical help. You will receive support from Elly Yule in a session capacity.
You understand that in order to enhance the relationship/sessions, you agree to communicate honestly, be open to feedback and assistance, and create the time and energy to participate fully in the session. The results you seek will vary based on your unique circumstances. The main factor will be your ability to understand and implement the guidance you receive. The support is available for you, however your transformation is your responsibility. Clients that fully commit are the ones who achieve the greatest success with their goals and desires.
THE SERVICES, SCHEDULE AND FEES
The SERVICES
The Client and Elly Yule agree to engage in the session/s via Zoom (unless you attend an Elly Yule event that is not online), with extra support as indicated in the details on the website regarding sessions, packages and services.
SCHEDULE and FEES
Fees are as shown on the website and may be increased.
Prices are inclusive of VAT, except where expressly stated otherwise.
All online payments of fees are paid in full before commencement of session/s.
All fees are non-refundable.
Re: Products:
Outside the UK, all Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Elly Yule is not responsible for any delays due to customs.
Does not apply to downloadable items.
CONFIDENTIALITY AND CANCELLATIONS
CONFIDENTIALITY
This relationship, as well as information - documented or verbal - that you provide to Elly Yule as part of this relationship will always remain confidential. Elly Yule agrees not to disclose any information pertaining to you without your written consent.
CANCELLATION POLICY
1:1 Sessions/Packages
You agree that it is your responsibility to notify Elly Yule 24 hours in advance of the scheduled calls/sessions. Elly Yule reserves the right to bill you for a missed appointment. Elly Yule will attempt in good faith to reschedule the missed meeting/call/session.
If for any reason Elly Yule has to cancel the call/session, you will be informed as soon as possible and an alternative date arranged at no charge to you.
Group Events you may attend (i.e. workshops/training courses/retreats):
Less than 12 weeks half of full amount payable (incl. non-returnable deposit)
Less than 8 weeks two thirds of full amount (incl. non-returnable deposit)
Less than 2 weeks full rate will be charged (incl. non-returnable deposit)
If for any reason Elly Yule has to cancel the event, you will be informed as soon as possible and your deposit will be returned.
COPYRIGHT POLICY
I, Elly Yule, hereby assert and give notice of my worldwide intellectual property rights under S.77 of the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988, that I have moral ownership regarding all of my products and services, and regarding all titles, photographs, formats and written matter in relation to my products and services, which remain my worldwide copyright, All Rights Reserved, and cannot be copied, adapted, distributed, reproduced or plagiarized, nor stored in a retrieval system or transmitted in any form or by any means (electrical, mechanical, photocopy, scanning, recording or otherwise) without my prior written permission.
DISCLAIMER
Every effort has been made to accurately represent Elly Yule’s products, events and services and their potential.
Each individual’s success depends on their commitment, dedication, desire and motivation.

The therapies and services Elly Yule offers are intended to support your personal journey, and although Elly Yule uses a variety of therapies and techniques, these will not interfere with your freewill in any way. Elly Yule provides the tools and techniques, however it is up to you how you choose to use them. The maximum benefits are gained by those ready for change and open to receiving help.
Elly Yule has no responsibility for any decision or action that you decide to take or not to take, based on the use of any services/products (including losses, damages, costs and expenses which you may incur).
Disclaimers and limitations and exclusions of liability, which relate to services or products purchased through the website are also covered by this Disclaimer.
Any services or goods displayed or provided on or through the website are done so on an “as is” and “if available” basis. The website expressly disclaims and excludes all warranties, conditions, representations and terms, whether expressed or implied by statute, common law or otherwise, with respect to the website or the information, content, materials, products or services included in this website, including without limitation, as to the accuracy or completeness of the website, as to whether it is up to date and as to the condition of any services or products displayed or provided thereon. The website hereby excludes all liability to the maximum extent allowed by Law for any actions taken after viewing and/or using the content of this site.
Elly Yule reserves the right, at her sole discretion, to amend or withdraw any services or products offered on the website.
