FULL MOON in LIBRA

April seems to be flying by, I can’t believe it’s Full Moon time again.  Have you noticed how the nights get chillier as we build up to Full Moon, even in the Summer?  Grandmother Moon raises fluid levels in the Earth – the grass has a heavier dew at Full Moon, also higher tides at Full Moon.  Physically you can retain more fluid in the body at Full Moon, and women have a heavier Moontime flow if it’s on the Full Moon.

Full Moons raise our emotions too, as this Full Moon is in Libra (the sign of Relationships) it could feel a bit tense, there may be power struggles, arguments and petty spats with anyone you are in relationship with.  Think before you speak so that you don’t say anything you will regret.  This applies to professional as well as personal relationships.

This is a healing Full Moon as it’s opposite Chiron (the Wounded Healer), it’s time to bring old wounds to completion in a balanced, healing way.  Old wounds keep you stuck in the past, when this is your time to shine and move forward.  Don’t resist what comes up, acknowledge it, thank it, forgive what needs forgiving, then move on, as so many positive blessings are waiting to come to you.

As I started creating the Full Moon image above, I was intuitively shown the large white feather of Maat.  She was the Egyptian Goddess of justice, balance, integrity, truth and harmony, so I just had to add her white feathers to the image.  These are qualities that are being sorely tested in our world today.

Maat was responsible for maintaining order and balance in the world of the living – a very Libran trait.  She has come through to remind us to call upon her when we feel out of balance, or when our integrity is being tested, and when we need some justice, she reminds us not to lose ourselves with all the madness that going on around us.

Be like her feather, treat yourself and others lightly with integrity and respect.

Mercury (planet of Communication) has ended its retrograde, your day-to-day life now runs more smoothly, travel and communication flow better.

Venus also ends her retrograde, any stresses in relationships or your finances should ease now as the energy moves forward again unrestricted.  However, she is conjunct Saturn (the Taskmaster of the Universe) therefore there could be wake-up calls for some regarding relationships and/or finances.  You start to see things clearly and need to decide who/what you want to proceed with or what needs to end.  Anything you have been burying your head about or refusing to see will now be front and centre to be dealt with.

The good news with these planets moving forward is our ability to conjure our desires unhindered now, the next couple of weeks are fantastic for manifesting, so believe in your dreams and make those bold steps towards them.

The past month has been pretty intense for most of us for various reasons, so be kind to yourself, take some time out during this waning Moon to rest, reflect and recharge.  Everything you are experiencing on an inner and outer level, is making you stronger and wiser.  It’s safe to breathe out, so let yourself breathe!

Here in the Northern hemisphere, it’s a time of growth, be open to people and experiences that can help you, your work, and your life grow beautifully.  A new chapter is beginning for all of us and for the world we live in, make it a good one.

Full Moons are a time of celebration, celebrate all that has transpired over the past month, celebrate with delicious food and company, talk, laugh, be happy.  Oh and make a note of your dreams, some powerful messages and ideas are ready to be downloaded.
